3. User Types and Responsibilities

Asset Owners

As an asset owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your natural assets
• Maintain proper legal ownership or management rights to listed assets
• Comply with all local, regional, and national regulations governing your assets
• Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Investors

As an investor, you agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence on investment opportunities
• Understand the risks associated with natural asset investments
• Comply with all applicable investment regulations in your jurisdiction
• Communicate professionally with asset owners

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform

IMPORTANT: Ridge is a platform that facilitates connections between asset owners and investors. We do not provide investment advice, and we are not responsible for any investment decisions made through the Platform.

All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making any investment decisions.

Ridge does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users, nor do we endorse any specific investment opportunity listed on the Platform.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase authentication and encryption to protect your data.
